This Extended Warranty for Nomad or Nomad Mini not only adds time onto your standard Limited Warranty, but also entitles you to special pricing on replacement items if the product requires replacement due to reasons not covered by the Limited Warranty. Our customer service team is always easy to work with, ready to assist, and the process has been designed to be as simple as possible.

Why should I add Extended Warranty with my Nomad or Nomad Mini?

Your BLU3 dive system will already come with a standard Limited Warranty. This Extended Warranty policy will add time to that Limited Warranty, giving you peace of mind for years down the road.
If something happens to your dive system that is not covered by the Limited Warranty, you are entitled to special low pricing on replacement items.
This applies not only to the dive system, but to the batteries purchased with it as well.
Choose what fits you best! Choose 1 year for lower cost, or 2 years if you want more coverage.

The Extended Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts that would typically be covered under the standard Limited Warranty. It also entitles you to a fixed replacement fee if the product requires replacement due to reasons not covered by the Limited Warranty.

How long does the Extended Warranty last?

You can choose between two options:

1-Year Extended Warranty
2-Year Extended Warranty
This extends the duration of the standard Limited Warranty by one or two additional years

How many replacements am I entitled to under the Extended Warranty?

You are entitled to a maximum of two replacement units within a two-year period, regardless of the duration of the Extended Warranty purchased. Additional replacements beyond this limit will incur extra costs.

The Extended Warranty applies to the BLU3 Nomad and Nomad Mini battery-powered dive systems and their corresponding batteries.

Is the Extended Warranty valid outside of the United States?

Yes, the BLU3 Extended Warranty is valid outside the United States.

How do I activate the Extended Warranty?

The Extended Warranty is activated upon payment and confirmation from BLU3. You must register your product by Serial Number on diveblu3.com/support within 30 days of purchase.

Can I transfer my Extended Warranty to someone else?

No, the Extended Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

What is the replacement fee for products not covered by the Limited Warranty?

Nomad Battery: $199 + shipping & duties
Nomad Mini Dive System + Backpack (No Batteries): $799 + shipping & duties

What isn’t covered by the Extended Warranty?

The Extended Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts. For a full list of exclusions, please refer to the warranty terms.

How do I file a warranty claim?

To file a claim, contact BLU3 customer service at support@diveblu3.com and provide proof of purchase along with Extended Warranty documentation.
