Returns & Refund Policy
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If your item is unavailable, we will reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item(s) are on backorder, the shipment time may vary and you can email us at email@example.com for specific details about shipping times.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will generally ship within five business days from the date of your order and should be delivered within 7-10 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the BLU3 Factory to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) does arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please describe the problem in detail and we will work with you to correct the issue as soon as possible.
International Shipment Fees:
International orders (outside of the US) will be subject to the customs and duty fees of the country where your shipping address is located. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all customs and duty fees associated with importing to the country where you shipping address is located.
International Shipment Package Refusal:
Please be advised that, if you refuse the package, you will be required to pay the return shipping charges and any outstanding customs and duty fees. The original shipping charges from BLU3 to your shipping address will not be refunded and your order will be subject to a 20% Restocking fee.
Cancellations & Refunds:
BLU3 places a high value on your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. Orders from BLU3 are subject to a 30-day return policy. To receive a full refund on the product cost (shipping & handling are not included) all returned products must be in new, unopened condition, contain all of the original packing material and product components.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA Number must be posted on the shipping label and not the original box. To obtain an RMA Number please click the following link https://www.diveblu3.com/support/ and click on “REPAIRS/RETURNS.” then fill out the fields with the information used to make the purchase. We will email you as soon as possible in regards to your request for a return.
Once we receive your package it will be inspected. Our team will look for original packaging, and inspect the product for any signs of damage. If the product is classified as being in new condition you will receive a full refund. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them originally and the return shipping to us. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping”, then this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the original shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused when delivered to the customer, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
If the product contains damages or basic wear and tear the RMA will be subject to a re-stocking fee which will be determined upon completion of the inspection. If your return is missing any components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees may be higher. Used items may not be returned, and are not eligible for a refund. So please limit your Returns to items in their original, unused condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% Restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
